IPA and CAP

As a participant in the Individual Pension Account (IPA) or Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP), you’re eligible for retiree medical if, at the time of retirement:
• You have at least 10 years of full-time service or 20 years of part-time service and you will be age 55 or older.
